Vodafone Red: Requested Call Records for Legal Use, Not Delivered

I have a line with the Vodafone Red tariff, and despite making multiple contacts with Customer Service and making requests via email for my call records to be included on the invoice for legitimate reasons, they have not sent them since September 27, 2023. In spite of the fact that I have stated on multiple occasions my intention to use them for a legal proceeding, it appears as though they are purposefully and methodically refusing to provide them.
