I have been a Vodafone Home Internet customer for three years. My current tariff is set to end in March 2025, so I was reviewing renewal options through the Yanımda app. One day, the monthly 35 Mbps package was ₺350, but the next day it increased to ₺445. This sudden and drastic change feels unfair and leaves customers with no time to make an informed decision. I can’t understand how such a significant price increase can happen overnight. No Vodafone customer should have to pay an additional ₺1,140 per year just because of a one-day difference. After all, the service remains the same, with no increase in speed or quality. Fairer and more reasonable options need to be offered to customers.
