Vodafone End of Contract Deal Is Nowhere Near Being a Good One
The phone contract I am using will end in 1 month. Therefore, the Vodafone customer representative called me and offered me an alternative offer of approximately 160 TL instead of the 80 TL bill I am currently benefiting from. I asked him how this is an exorbitant increase sounded ok to them?? Isn't this opportunism??? Which inflation data announced by Tüik gives you the courage to make this exorbitant increase? Moreover, I am personally witness to the fact that there are currently Vodafone postpaid customers of around 40 TL. If Vodafone wishes, I can share the name and number of this subscriber(s), who is my colleague, with them. If there is such an opportunity, why can't I benefit from it? Isn't this a double standard against me? My husband does not work, I have three children still at school, I live in a rented house. Under these conditions, is my situation the same as my friend with a husband and wife who work and have one child who pays a bill of 40 TL? Isn't this unfair? How fair is it for you to act with the logic that whatever you can get from anyone is profitable? You also call me and harass me to switch to a 160 TL bill. On the contrary, I would expect you to call me and ask if there is anything you can do. I demand a discount, not an increase in the bill.
