Vivo V50 Lite Speaker Crackling Issue Appeared Just Days After Purchase

I purchased my Vivo V50 Lite phone on January 26 from the Teknosa store in Bornova, İzmir. Only two days after purchasing the device, I began experiencing crackling and distorted sound from the speaker. This issue clearly indicates a manufacturing or product defect, and it causes a disturbing level of malfunction during normal daily use.
On January 28, I sent the phone to an authorized service center. After their inspection, a report stating “no problem found” was issued, which does not reflect the actual condition of the device. The phone still produces the same malfunction, and the issue continues exactly as before. I clearly state that this service report appears to have been prepared in a way that attempts to conceal the defective product issue.
The malfunction in the device can be clearly proven with video recordings that I have documented. I also possess the invoice, the service report, and the order record numbered 202610816080. After receiving the service report, I sent a detailed email to Vivo customer service, but I have received no response at all. The brand has effectively avoided communication with the consumer despite the clear issue.
Despite all of this, my legal right to a refund is being ignored, and I am being forced repeatedly into the same service process for the exact same defect. I want to state clearly that I will not enter the service process again for the same issue. Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to request a refund or replacement in the case of defective products. I am exercising this right and request a full refund for the Vivo V50 Lite phone.
If my refund request is not fulfilled and my legal rights continue to be ignored, I will file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, CİMER, and all relevant legal authorities, including all supporting evidence such as the service report, written correspondence, and video recordings. I expect Vivo to fulfill its legal responsibility and immediately initiate the refund process without further prolonging this consumer grievance.
