Vivo Marked My Package as Delivered but Gave It to a Stranger

Good day... My package shows as delivered, and they sent a photo of a woman who supposedly received it—but that person is not me. In fact, I don’t even know her, and she’s not a neighbor anywhere near my address. The street shown in the delivery photo doesn’t resemble mine at all, since the street where I live isn’t even paved yet. I want to know what happens next so I can actually receive my package.
