We have been waiting for the dining table set we ordered from Vivense for approximately 4 months, but unfortunately, they have been unable to fulfill our order. The dining table set we initially chose was priced at approximately ₺10,000. After a considerable wait and being informed of a scarcity of necessary resources, we were compelled to opt for an alternative model. After waiting for approximately 2 months, the model still hasn't arrived. Now they're claiming there's a problem with the supply and requesting that we select a different option. In addition, they are unwilling to acknowledge the increased prices of the products, even after the prices rose during the 4-month period of waiting. They anticipate that the selected new product will have the same price as it did four months ago. This company is incredibly problematic. We had faith in their corporate identity, but unfortunately, they have not delivered a single flawless product. I am determined to pursue this matter through legal means. No matter the cost of the selected item, Vivense is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities.
