If Virgin Australia issued ticket credit you can’t use;
• Contact Virgin Australia support via phone, email, app, or airport desk and explain that your ticket credit cannot be used
• Provide your booking reference, credit voucher code, expiry date, and reason you can’t use it
Ask them to;
• Extend the expiry date of your credit
• Convert the credit into a refund to your original payment method if extension isn’t possible
• Explain any alternative options (rebooking, travel credit transfer, etc.)
If the problem persists;
• Keep all correspondence, credit details, and screenshots
• File your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue
