I bought a wallet from Victoria's Secret's website, but unfortunately, the product I received had torn leather and was defective. I've never come across this problem before. I can't believe it. How on earth did this happen? I'm sorry, but I'm having trouble comprehending. I will promptly return it and insist on the necessary action being taken. It is truly unfathomable to send out a product that is defective and worn-out.
