Victoria Secret Merchandise Has Declined in Quality Significantly!
For many years I have been a Victoria’s Secret customer, and I am totally disgusted with how the quality of your merchandise has declined. Back around the year 2000, I could buy a bra, underwear or loungewear and it would last a very long time, but today items fall apart after just a few washes. Most recently, around July 4, 2026, I purchased underwear, pajamas and bras. After just one wash, the pajamas lost their elastic and the seams detached. This is not an isolated incident but part of a pattern I have seen with your products for a long time, including underwear and bras where seams come apart and underwires come out. I no longer feel I am getting the quality I am paying for, and I am extremely disappointed that a brand I used to trust has deteriorated to this level. I would like to send these garments to you so that you can examine the merchandise and decide what you consider to be a fair resolution in light of the poor quality and very short lifespan of these items. I am requesting that you provide me with information on where and how I can mail these garments for inspection and how you intend to address this issue.
