Unblock My Viber Mobile App

I am writing regarding a problem with the Viber mobile app linked to my phone number +639151113***. On May 19, my number was blocked by Viber’s automatic security system on the assumption that it was being used by a spammer, which is not the case. Since then, I have been unable to use my account. I immediately requested that my number be unblocked, but so far I have only received an automated email reply dated May 23, 2026. In that message, Viber informed me that my number was temporarily suspended by an automatic security process and that I should follow the steps in the Support Bot. However, the Support Bot has not been helpful and has not resolved my situation. It was also stated that, if I could not access the bot, my request would be reviewed in three days and my number would be unblocked if possible, but more than a week has already passed since my first request and my number is still blocked. I am asking Viber to urgently review my case, confirm that my number has not been used for spam, and immediately remove the suspension from my account so that I can use the Viber mobile app again without restrictions.
