Unauthorized FitMe Subscription After Entering Viber Code

I downloaded Viber to communicate with a company in Egypt, but after entering the verification code, I was automatically subscribed to FitMe without my consent. No confirmation screen or approval request appeared—just an SMS stating that ₺229/month had been added to my bill!
I never agreed to this subscription. I immediately called 0850 622 6060 to cancel it, and they told me to contact 0850 477 7725 for a refund. However, after researching online, I found multiple complaints about this number being linked to fraudulent charges under Türk Telekom's name. When I called, they refused to refund my money, claiming I had approved the payment, which is completely false.
This is a scam, and I demand a full refund of my ₺229. I also want Viber and Türk Telekom to investigate this deceptive practice immediately! This kind of misleading subscription trickery needs to stop!
