VFS Global Added My Mothers Name and Wrong Info to My Visa Application
Today I went to VFS Global to submit my documents for a visa and found out that they wrote my name with my mother's name, too. It was very obvious that it's my mother's name, and it's written in English on all the documents I filled out, but still, they added my mother's name after my last name! Also, I informed them that this is a facilitation visa, but they wrote on my application "(spouse of EU)". I am traveling with my French daughter, but they asked me if there's a ticket for her, although it's all there in the documents; we booked the flight with both our names. I'm not even sure if they checked the documents I uploaded. The worst thing is that there's no other way to apply for the visa except through VFS. I'm speechless and don't know what to say regarding this matter. I traveled from one city to another for this appointment. Please advise.
