VeryFit App Sync Issues - Health Data Missing Or Inaccurate
I've been dealing with some major functionality problems with the VeryFit app since January 15, 2026, and it's pretty much rendered the app unusable for me. The app might connect to my watch, but crucial health data such as steps, heart rate, and activity history either fails to sync or displays inaccurate values. Sometimes the data disappears completely after syncing, even though all permissions are enabled. I’ve gone through restarting both my watch and phone, reconnecting the device, reinstalling the app, and even re-granting permissions, but none of that has resolved the issue. So far, customer support has been totally unhelpful. I'm hoping these functionality and syncing issues can be looked into and sorted out, or at least that clear instructions are given on how to get accurate tracking and data synchronization back on track.
