Vantage Markets Restricts $32118716 Trading Account and Refuses Profit Withdrawal

My MT5 account at Vantage Markets was restricted by the risk team about two hours ago without any warning. In the email sent to me, they cited hedging and mirror trading operations as the justification, stating that a withdrawal restriction has been placed on the account, that I can only withdraw my principal funds, that profits are not eligible for withdrawal and will be deducted from my balance, and that I will be informed about a potential account closure process once the review is complete.

I opened an account with Vantage Markets on the recommendation of a long-time investor friend whom I consider trustworthy and who also trades with this broker. Despite this, encountering such a restriction without any concrete explanation has created a negative impression regarding the broker's reliability and brand value. I would like them to know that such arbitrary and non-transparent restrictions hurt brand value by damaging user trust.

During this ordeal, I spoke with the support team via WhatsApp, and they directed me to the email team. I sent an email immediately as instructed, but I have not received any response. I saw similar complaints on Şikayetvar and noticed that most of them were left unresolved, which damaged my trust even more severely. Frankly, I believe they do not respond to complaints here very often either.

I would like to state that I did not engage in any fraudulent or malicious trading and that I opened and closed positions as a normal user. I demand a clear and transparent explanation regarding which specific trade served as the basis for restricting my account, that this unfair restriction be lifted, and that my entire balance, including my profits, be unlocked for withdrawal.
