I Got Wrongfully VAC Banned in CS2 for a Visual Glitch Caused by Valve’s Own Settings

I was wrongfully VAC banned in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2), and I am absolutely sure I did not use any cheats, exploits, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage. All I did was install an antivirus program and adjust a graphics setting—which, to my surprise, allowed me to see through walls due to a bug in the game itself.
Yes, I played well, but that shouldn't be a reason to be punished. The visual glitch I experienced was clearly the result of Valve’s own faulty graphics implementation. I didn’t manipulate the game in any illegal way—I simply adjusted what was available in the game’s settings.
Now, I’m stuck with a VAC ban that I absolutely do not deserve. This affects my entire Steam profile, and it’s completely unfair for players to be punished over bugs that are caused by the developers themselves.
I respectfully request that Valve review my case, investigate the specific visual bug tied to the graphics setting I used, and remove the VAC ban from my account.
