Hello, when I woke up and logged into Valorant, I was surprised to find that my account was banned under Section 7. I want to make it very clear that I have never used cheats or any third-party software. I am asking for my ban to be lifted, but deep down, I know it is unlikely to happen.
However, what I urgently need is a proper response to the tickets I submitted. I deserve to know: How long will my ban last? Is it temporary or permanent? Please provide a clear and direct answer instead of leaving players in the dark. I expect Riot Games to treat its community with the respect and transparency it deserves.
