Unjust IP Ban and Account Suspension by Valorant – Request for Review

Dear Riot Games Support Team, approximately four months ago, my Valorant account was permanently suspended, and I also received a four-month IP-based ban that prevents me from accessing the game from my device, regardless of the account I use. The stated reason for this action was the alleged use of "third-party software." I would like to make it absolutely clear that I have never used any cheats or third-party tools in any competitive game. In fact, I only learned what “third-party software” means after this incident occurred. Concerned that a potential virus or malicious software on my system might have triggered this, I submitted multiple tickets asking for clarification. I specifically requested that if your system has detected a third-party program, you should be able to see exactly what it was. I asked that you share this information with me so I could identify and remove it from my system. However, I received no response to any of my messages—despite sending 6 to 7 tickets. This lack of response has led me to believe that the issue might not be a third-party software at all. Rather, it seems likely that this is part of a larger pattern: players receive lengthy bans, and when the ban expires, they are expected to create new accounts and make purchases again. Like many others in the community, I am beginning to feel that this is less about fair play and more about a sales strategy. Anyone who plays Riot Games titles knows that actual cheaters often go unpunished, while players who commit minor infractions (like simple in-game insults) receive disproportionately harsh penalties. This experience has deeply disappointed me and made me question the fairness of the system. My Requests: A thorough review of my case and immediate reactivation of my permanently suspended account. Lifting of the IP ban on my device. If neither of the above is possible, I request a full refund of the skins on my account, calculated in VP and converted into Turkish Lira at the current exchange rate, to be transferred to my bank account. I strongly believe that a gaming environment should be fair, transparent, and supportive of its community. I respectfully request that you re-evaluate this situation and respond with a clear and fair explanation. Sincerely
