Valorant Unfair Permanent Ban, Support Request Ignored

They banned me, saying I was unfairly cheating in Valorant. However, I didn't cheat and I got a 4-month IP ban and a permanent ban for a 1000TL account. I don't understand why, I send a support request and the bot responds. I send an antivirus report, again there is no response, how will these guys make money by doing this? I want support. They are depriving us the only thing they need to do, support us somehow. We're doing everything else. How can we solve the things they are responsible of.
