This feels like a bad joke. My Valorant account, which I’ve spent countless hours and effort on, was permanently banned for allegedly using third-party software. The only third-party tool I ever used was Blitz, which I understood to be approved or at least tolerated by Riot.
If my account was banned because of Blitz, then Riot should clearly state that Blitz is a prohibited application — because many players still use it, thinking it’s safe. There has been no warning or public clarification that it violates Valorant’s terms of service.
This was my main account, and losing it like this is crushing. If I’ve been banned for using something I genuinely believed was allowed, then others will be unfairly punished next.
