A couple of days ago, I bought a used desktop computer, and just yesterday, when I tried to install Valorant, I found out that the device was banned. I’m not connected to or involved in the reason for this ban, and I’d like to ask for it to be lifted. I saved up for months to get this computer, and this whole situation has been quite frustrating. I thought I could use the device without any problems, and now I feel like I'm stuck with something I can't make the most of. Please fix this issue as soon as you can so I can use my computer like I’m supposed to. This situation has been frustrating, and I'm looking forward to a quick and fair solution.
Riot! They close all the tickets I submit without solving my issue or providing any response.
