I recently bought a brand-new computer and started playing Valorant normally. Everything was fine for the first four days—no issues, no errors, and certainly no cheating or third-party software involved. Out of nowhere, I suddenly received a hardware ban.
This has been extremely frustrating and unfair. I didn’t install anything suspicious, and I’ve been playing within the rules from the start. I’m a genuine player just trying to enjoy the game, and now my new PC is essentially blacklisted for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
I need Riot Games to urgently investigate and explain why I was banned. If there was a mistake, I expect it to be corrected immediately. This situation has made me lose trust in the game’s anti-cheat system. I demand clear communication and a resolution.
