Valorant Account Unfairly Banned – No Third-Party Software Used


Both my account and my brother’s account were banned in Valorant despite never using any third-party software or cheats. My account (ID: Liu Kg #dead, email: t********@gmail.com) and my brother’s account (ID: Kung l #dead, email: t**************@gmail.com) were suddenly banned, even though we play on separate devices.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this game. I worked hard to reach Immortal 2, staying up all night grinding ranked matches, while my younger brother reached Platinum. It is extremely frustrating to be wrongfully banned from a game I enjoy and have dedicated myself to.
Even more concerning, this is the second time I have received an unjust ban. About 20 days ago, I was banned and had to submit a support ticket to get my account reinstated. While it was resolved then, this new ban is unacceptable.
I demand a proper investigation and the immediate removal of this unjust ban from our accounts. I expect Riot Games support to reach out and fix this issue as soon as possible.
