My name is E***, and I’m reaching out about an issue with my Valorant account. My brother used his computer to play Valorant with cheats, resulting in a ban on that device. Unaware that the cheats were still installed, I logged into my own account on his computer. Before the game even loaded, I discovered my account had been banned.

I have never used cheats or violated the game’s rules. My account holds a significant amount of time, effort, and investment.
