Valorant Account Reclaimed After Sale – Buyer Demanding Refund

A week ago, I purchased a Valorant account from someone and later resold it. However, the buyer contacted me within 24 hours claiming that the account had been reclaimed and demanded a refund. During the sale, I clearly stated that I was not the original owner and did not have access to the first email linked to the account.
Despite this, the buyer accused me of taking back the account and filed a dispute with Itemsatis. Shockingly, Itemsatis ruled in favor of the buyer, imposing restrictions on my account even though I have verified identification and proof of sale, while the buyer does not.
Additionally, the buyer harassed me, threatened to take legal action, and even demanded my personal information. This is unacceptable. I demand Itemsatis to intervene properly and resolve this issue fairly. I followed all the necessary steps in the sale, and I should not be held responsible for an issue beyond my control.
