On September 21, my Valorant account was stolen. The email address and password associated with my account were changed without my permission. My username was ken**, and my last Riot ID was Nidi**. My account contained numerous EPINs and in-game purchases that I bought from various platforms.
After my account was stolen, I repeatedly tried to log in and reset my password, but no verification emails ever arrived, and my password was always shown as incorrect. In addition, both the email address and phone number linked to my account were changed — and I never received any notification about these changes.
I have been contacting Riot Games Support since September 21 under ticket number #117967004, but I have not received any response so far. I have all the necessary documents to prove that the account belongs to me.
I request that my Valorant account be restored to me as soon as possible and that my issue be handled urgently.
