My Riot Games Valorant account with the username OGUR04 was stolen, and despite all the time, effort, and money I have invested in this account, I can no longer access it. The hacker changed the registered email address, and now I have no way of recovering my account. I have submitted multiple support tickets to Riot Games, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or help.
This account holds significant financial value due to the in-game purchases I made, and even more importantly, it represents years of dedication and enjoyment. I still have access to the original email account used when creating my Valorant profile, which should be enough to verify my ownership and recover the account.
