On September 19th, my Valorant account (username: i***) was hacked and taken over by someone else. I immediately submitted a support ticket to Riot Games. Shortly after, my account was locked and I could no longer log in.
When I attempted to reset my password, I discovered that my email address had been changed, so none of the reset emails reached me. I contacted Riot’s support team again to request that my account be restored and the email changed back, but no real solution was provided.
This account contains my personal information and all of my in-game progress, and I do not want to lose it. I am demanding that my account be returned to me and that my registered email be updated to my new address: e*@gmail.com**.
