My Valorant Account Was Stolen but Support Only Sends Irrelevant Suspension Replies

My Valorant account was recently stolen, and I’ve been trying to get help by submitting support tickets. However, every time I open a ticket, I receive an automated response about account suspension, which has nothing to do with my issue.
I have not been banned or suspended — my account was hijacked. I provided all the necessary information, including proof of ownership, but no real response or resolution has come through. The latest support request I submitted is under ticket number #112724450.
Riot, please stop sending automated messages and assign a real person to review my case. I need my stolen account recovered urgently. Ignoring these requests or misclassifying them as suspension issues is unacceptable. I’ve invested both time and money into this account — I expect you to help.
