I Lost Access to My Valorant Account After My Email Was Hacked

My old email account was hacked, and as a result, I had to change my email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the previous email, and the individuals who stole it have gained access to several of my personal details, including my Riot Games accounts. I discovered that they have already logged into my Valorant account without my permission, and I’m extremely concerned about the security of my data.

I am completely locked out now and don’t know what steps to take to recover my account. I haven’t done anything wrong and simply want to play the game I’ve invested time and effort into. I’ve tried reaching out, but I haven’t received proper guidance or support.

Riot, I’m asking you to please assist me in regaining control of my account and securing it from unauthorized access. I can provide identification and all relevant proof that I am the original owner. This situation is very stressful, and I hope the support team takes action swiftly before anything worse happens.
