Hello everyone, I recently purchased a 7,300 Valorant Point code for ₺400 from an Instagram page called vpmixwell. Unfortunately, the code they sent me is invalid. Every time I try to redeem it through the Valorant platform, it gives me an error message. I’ve tried everything from double-checking the code to restarting the game, but nothing works.
I immediately reached out to the seller to let them know about the issue. At first, they responded, but now they are completely ignoring my messages. I have not received a replacement code or a refund. I feel scammed and frustrated, especially considering the amount of money involved.
I am requesting immediate action from the seller or anyone affiliated with this account. Either provide me with a working code or issue a full refund. Ignoring your customers after taking their money is unacceptable. Riot Games should also take steps to warn users against these kinds of Instagram sellers.
