I have an issue, and I don’t understand why this is happening. In the beginning, I was using hacks in Valorant, and you gave me a device ban with the code VAN152. I complied with it and waited for 4 months. After that, my ban was lifted, and I started playing again. However, this time, I swear I didn’t even open any cheats, but I’m getting the VAN5 error. If I had used cheats, it would have given me a device ban with VAN152 again, but I’m not getting a device ban, just an account ban this time. I join a game, and while playing, I receive the ban. This is clearly a problem, and I kindly ask you to fix it.
The last device ban I received was on June 15, and it was supposed to be lifted on October 15. I started playing on the 16th, and after that, the bans started again.
