I'm having some trouble with Valorant since the 9.0 update. It's been 5 days and I used to be able to play the game, but now I can't access it anymore. I'm experiencing an issue where the game seems to freeze on the loading screen. I've tried multiple solutions, such as reinstalling the game and even formatting my computer, but unfortunately, none of them have been successful. I need assistance, please. (Device specifications: Excalibur G870 with 32 GB RAM and a 2TB SSD)
