Vakıfbank Made It Impossible for Me to Use My New Credit Card Due to Poor Support

My Vakıfbank credit card just arrived, but reaching customer service has been an absolute ordeal. I spent hours trying to navigate the automated system, but it kept redirecting me to unhelpful options. Under these circumstances, I’ve decided not to use the card and have temporarily reported it as lost/stolen. Despite the card not having any visible card number, the automated assistant still asks me for the last six digits of the card, which makes resolving the issue impossible. This is completely unacceptable. I plan to cancel the card and no longer consider using Vakıfbank in the future. Experiencing such poor service is truly disappointing and has made me question their commitment to customer satisfaction.
