VakıfBank Blocked My Card, Sent a Faulty Replacement, and I Lost My Points

VakıfBank unexpectedly blocked my credit card ending in 2510 and subsequently issued me a new VakıfBank classic credit card ending in 4136. I noticed that all of my points from the 2-year exemption suddenly vanished, and to make matters worse, my credit limit was also decreased. Unfortunately, the contactless feature on the card they sent me is not functioning properly. I am extremely frustrated with this bank's constant issues. They have blocked one of my cards and sent a replacement that is also malfunctioning. On top of that, I feel like I am being treated unfairly. I suspect this is being done on purpose.
