Vakıfbank Charged Me an Unfair Annual Fee Despite Agreement for No Fees
I opened a credit card account with Vakıfbank, fully expecting that there would be no annual fee involved. So, out of nowhere, I got hit with an annual fee of ₺469 on 01.10.2024. This charge goes against what I agreed to when I signed up for the card, and it honestly feels like a betrayal. I would appreciate it if Vakıfbank could sort this out by refunding the ₺469 fee. I think the bank should stick to the original agreement and deliver the service they promised. It's only fair, right?
