UPS Pickup System Causes Delays and Business Disruptions

I am continuously facing issues with UPS Türkiye's courier pickup system. Unfortunately, I am forced to work with this service due to my international partner's agreement with UPS. Despite filling out every required detail for urgent pickups and shipments accurately, the couriers arrive on their own schedule, ignoring the urgency and causing significant delays in my work.

This lack of reliability disrupts my business operations and wastes valuable time. For a company as large as UPS, I expect better coordination and customer service. I urgently request that UPS Türkiye address these recurring problems and improve their pickup system to ensure timely service. This is essential for maintaining professional standards and customer trust.
