UPS Failed to Deliver My Passport Despite Full-Day Waiting
I had an important UPS Turkey delivery scheduled for today, and since they provided a delivery window from 9 AM to 6 PM, I took a day off work and waited at home. This package contains my passport, and only I can receive it, so I had no choice but to stay home all day.
At 5:35 PM, I received a call from the delivery person, saying that he wouldn’t be able to make it today because he was stuck in heavy traffic. This was completely unacceptable because there was still time to complete the delivery before 6 PM. It feels like the courier simply chose not to deliver my package for his own convenience.
To make matters worse, I discovered that UPS only accepts complaints until 5:30 PM, meaning the courier waited until it was too late for me to report the issue. This level of service failure and disregard for customers is infuriating.
