Hello,  a freight fee of $5970.61 is being requested for my package, tracking number 1Z0RY4130400074005, which was shipped from China with a UPS payment of $895. If you do not provide information showing that the freight fee was paid to Gürlek Customs Consultancy Ltd. Şti. and continue to keep the products in storage, I will file a complaint with your US headquarters, supported by documents. The UPS fee paid by the company clearly states $895.  The barcoded package also indicates "billing: pp (prepaid)." Why are we being charged a freight fee? I urgently request that you clarify this issue with the customs company and cancel the freight fee.
