Hello, For my package with tracking number 1ZR787676796717222, which was sent from the USA via UPS with a payment of 283.83 USD, there is a request for a freight charge of 9,929.15 TRY. The shipping label clearly states that the UPS fee of 283.83 USD has been paid by the shipper. Additionally, the invoice explicitly indicates that the product was sent prepaid. Therefore, I would like urgent clarification from the customs firm regarding the reason for imposing a freight charge on us. I demand the immediate cancellation of this charge. Thank you.
