UPS Reasking Freight Payment For A Prepaid Freight Package
Hello, the packages with tracking numbers 1ZX681A00490410455 and 1ZX681A00492875665 were sent from China with a UPS payment of 185 USD. However, today, a freight fee of 1264.35 USD is being imposed by UGM Customs, as directed by UPS. If this charge isn't confirmed as paid to the customs firm UGM today, and if the products are kept in the warehouse, I will file a complaint with your USA headquarters with all the necessary documentation. The billing clearly states "pp" (prepaid) on the barcode-labeled package, and the UPS fee of 185 USD has already been covered by the shipper. Why are we being charged a freight fee? I urgently request clarification on this matter with the customs firm and demand the cancellation of the freight fee.
