My UPS Cargo Has Not Been Delivered For 12 Days

UPS Turkey is a courier company that has not delivered my package for 12 days, and their customer service has been unresponsive. During my initial call, they assured me of a response within 24 hours, but on the subsequent call, the timeframe was extended to 48 hours. Unfortunately, I had to make repeated calls. It's worth noting that both 24 and 48 hours mentioned are supposed to be working hours. The efficiency of UPS Turkey and its fast cargo transportation is, quite frankly, comical.
