Defective Valentino Perfume - Unifree Duty Free Refused Customer Service

I bought a Valentino Born in Roma Donna Extradose perfume at the Unifree Duty Free store in the departures area of Istanbul Airport on 13 September 2026. When I started using the product, I realized that it has practically no smell at all; it is like spraying water, completely imperceptible on the skin and on clothes. Because of this, I contacted Unifree Duty Free and asked for a solution. I also clearly told them that, if they could provide me with the same perfume in good condition, this would be acceptable for me as a solution. Despite this, they told me that, in order to receive a refund or any help, I would have to travel back to Istanbul and go to the store in person. I live in Ecuador and this is absolutely unrealistic and disproportionate for a clearly defective product, especially as I keep all the supporting documents and the product itself. I consider it unacceptable that a duty free store of this size refuses to assist a customer who cannot physically return to the airport, despite clear evidence that the perfume is unusable. I kindly request that Unifree Duty Free provide a fair solution remotely, preferably by a full refund of the amount paid or by sending me a new, non-defective product, or at least by another reasonable alternative that does not require me to travel back to Istanbul. I expect this situation to be reviewed urgently and that I am contacted by email or another remote channel so we can resolve this without further inconvenience.
