On March 16, 2026, I placed an online order from Zara Home that included multiple products, one of which was a room fragrance. My order was delivered in two separate shipments, and the room fragrance arrived on March 19. However, when I opened and started using the product, I immediately realized that the bottle had absolutely no scent at all. The fragrance does not spread into the room, and even when smelling the bottle closely, there is no detectable fragrance whatsoever.
On March 23, I reported the issue to customer service and was told that I would receive a callback, but nobody ever contacted me. I specifically explained that since I had already opened and used the product, and had also discarded the seal and packaging, I would not be able to repack and return it normally. Despite clearly explaining the situation, I still received no response or assistance.
Later, I also submitted the same complaint through the mobile application and mentioned that I had not received any callback regarding my previous request. Once again, there was absolutely no response from Zara Home.
Because this room fragrance product was completely scentless and unusable, I request a full refund in order to resolve the inconvenience and dissatisfaction I experienced.
