I ordered the Under Armour Women’s UA Rival Wide Leg Pants through Trendyol (Order No: 10332135559), and from the very beginning, the experience has been frustrating. The product was shipped with an unreasonable delay, and when it finally arrived, the fabric quality was far below expectations. I only wore the pants once at home for a brief try-on, and I immediately noticed how noisy the polyester material was while walking. It was clearly not suitable for regular wear.
Just two days after receiving the order, I submitted a return request. I handled the product carefully—no damage, no stains, and the item was in perfect condition. Yet Trendyol rejected my return, claiming the tag was missing, which is simply not true. Despite reaching out to Trendyol’s support, I received no meaningful assistance.
I paid ₺1,990 for this item and feel completely taken advantage of. I didn’t get the quality I paid for, and I’m now stuck with a product I cannot use. I’m demanding a full refund and urge Trendyol to re-evaluate my return request fairly. I followed all return policies and should not be penalized for trying to return an unsatisfactory item.
