On May 24, 2024, I purchased a pair of Under Armour training shoes from Boyner Online for ₺2,312 (Order No: 1029113736). Despite the shoes having a 2-year warranty and the seller being a well-established retailer like Boyner, my claim for warranty coverage was denied—twice. After less than a year of very limited use (only 1–2 times per month on weekends due to my job), the shoe material began to deform. Specifically, the honeycomb-pressed texture started to come apart at the seams, which can clearly be seen in the photos I provided.
This kind of damage is not due to user error, especially given the low frequency of use. To make things worse, even though I returned the product in its original box, it was sent back to me in a cheap, flattened plastic bag. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for a brand like Boyner, especially when dealing with a premium product under warranty.
I expect Boyner and Under Armour to honor the 2-year warranty and either repair or replace the shoes. I respectfully request a proper resolution to this ongoing issue, and I ask the company to show the level of responsibility its reputation suggests.
