Umingle Allows Underage Users to Access the Website

I am submitting this complaint because the Umingle website has allowed access for an underage user, even though the service should be restricted to adults. For the past few days, it has been possible for a person under 18 to use the site without any effective age verification preventing this. This situation worries me, because it shows that minors can access or use the platform even though they do not meet the age requirement. I request that Umingle take this matter seriously, implement stronger and more effective age verification mechanisms, and ensure that underage users cannot access or use the website. I also expect a clear written explanation of what measures will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
