Umingle Wrongly Blocked for Under 18, No Way to Verify Age

I am writing regarding the Umingle website, where my access was blocked on the basis that I am under 18 years old, even though I am above the legal age. On the 13th, my account was banned and I have been unable to access the platform for about a week. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a blocking message stating that I am under 18. The application is anonymous, so there is no visible account information I can share, and there is no help center or support contact on the website that I could use to submit my ID or prove my age. Because of this, I have no way to correct what appears to be an age verification error. I request that my block be urgently reviewed and lifted as soon as possible so that I can continue to use Umingle, and that a clear support channel be provided so users in a similar situation can contact the team and verify their age when needed.
