Umingle Account Banned for Under 18 Error: Age Verification Appeal

I have been using Umingle via the web, and a few minutes ago my account was suddenly banned. The stated reason was that I am under 18, but I am actually over 18 years old. My account is registered in Egypt, and my ID is also Egyptian and clearly shows that I am over 18. Despite this, my account has been banned without any proper explanation. I request that my Umingle web account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, and that the incorrect “under 18” flag on my account be removed. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this ban was applied even though I meet the age requirement.
