Uhmingle Account Banned for Explicit Messages

I am writing regarding my Uhmingle account with the email address johnylij***@gmail.com. Today I discovered that I was banned from the video feature without any clear explanation given to me directly by Uhmingle. When I tried to access the service, I saw a screen stating that I am banned with a Ban ID d447231c and that the reason is allegedly “explicit messages”. I was not informed of any specific message, content or conversation that violated the rules, and I did not receive any prior warning, detailed explanation or opportunity to defend myself. On the same screen, the platform offers an “Instant Unban” option in exchange for a payment of 99 ₹, which I find unfair and inappropriate, especially since I do not know what I am being accused of. I request that Uhmingle review this ban decision in detail, share with me the concrete reason and evidence if they believe there was a violation, and remove this ban from my account without asking for any payment. I expect my account and video access to be restored as soon as possible, and I kindly ask for a clear written explanation regarding this situation.
