Unable to Download Purchased Game from Ubisoft

I recently purchased a game from Ubisoft, but I’m unable to download it because the system requires me to log in. When I try to log in, it won’t let me, so I’m stuck unable to access the game I just paid for. It’s only been 10 minutes, but I’m already frustrated and considering requesting a refund. However, I’d rather play the game. Ubisoft, please resolve this issue as soon as possible and let me access my purchase.
